Lukasz & Jola Kropisz
In 2004 while a student in Fala’s nine-month internship program, Lukasz discovered his passion for middle school students and his call to ministry. That same year he developed El Dorado, a camp and conference ministry in southern Poland for middle schoolers led by teenagers. Throughout the years Lukasz has led many English camps and frequently taught ministry team training for Fala, Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Poland. From 2010-2013 Lukasz served as Fala’s vice president and now serves on its executive team. He and his wife, Jola love being a part of their local Brethren Church, where Lukasz regularly preaches and is involved as a youth leader. Jola served full-time in Fala from 2004-2013 as the English camps assistant and later as Fala’s operations manager. They live in their hometown of Zory, Poland and have a daughter named Pola.
