Daniel & Iwona Eifling
David and Natalie
Daniel and Iwona Eifling moved to Poland in June 2006, but have a long history with Josiah Venture. Iwona is Polish and was one of the first youth leaders Josiah Venture invested in when it’s ministry started in Poland in 1993. Daniel and Iwona met and married while studying at Denver Seminary where Daniel received a Masters in Youth Ministry and Iwona a Masters in Counseling Ministries. Daniel and Iwona Eifling serve in Wroclaw, Poland. The Eifling’s work within a local church, assisting the youth leader in developing the church’s youth ministry, as well as equipping youth and adults to do youth ministry in their local church. Daniel is a member of the executive leadership team of Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Poland, “Fala”. He also oversees the regional ministry of Poland which provides discipleship, training and mentoring for youth leaders throughout Poland. Iwona is the creator and director of Project 29:11 which seeks to help teenagers find hope and healing in Christ for their emotional wounds through conferences, small groups and individual counseling, as well as equipping leaders local churches to work with emotionally wounded young people. The Eifling’s are the very proud parents of two children, David and Natalie.
