Johnny & Brooke Stevens

In the fall of 2004, shortly after John first joined Josiah Venture in Slovenia, he met Brooke who was at that time a volunteer with the Church of the Nazarene in Slovenia. Even though John and Brooke were both active in relational ministry in Ljubljana, their paths rarely crossed until the spring of 2007 when they began dating. As their relationship progressed, they quickly found that the Lord was leading them to serve him together with Josiah Venture in Slovenia. They were married in January of 2008 and began a partnership with a local church in Celje in the spring of 2008. In March of 2010, they welcomed their daughter Kinsley into the family. They are thankful for the opportunity to mobilize the church body to minister to needs of the next generation in Celje.
