About
Shortly after the fall of communism in Central and Eastern Europe, Paul, Molli, and their new baby moved to Prague for a two-year work assignment. The year was 1996, and during that time, they fell in love with the Czech Republic and its people. In 2009, while attending a home gathering, Paul and Molli were introduced to the ministry of Josiah Venture (JV) and were overjoyed to know that God was working in a place they had grown to love so much. In the summer of 2019, Paul and Molli helped lead a team from their home church in Texas to serve at a JV English Camp in Poland. Through that time, God began to capture their hearts with the vision of Josiah Venture. Soon thereafter, they believed God was leading them to join JV in the Frydlant office, where Paul initially served as VP of Finance & Operations. After five years in this capacity, Paul and Molli sensed a calling into relational discipleship. As part of that calling, Paul was asked to lead the development of the Wise Carpenter workshop ministry model in the Czech Republic, where he currently serves. Their youngest daughter, Mae, serves in leadership roles within her Czech school and is active in Fusion. Paul and Molli have three additional married adult children living in Texas.
