Dusan and Dana have been married since 2008. Dusan joined Josiah Venture in 2004 and, in April 2024, handed over the role of country leader for JV Czech Republic to his successor.

Dusan and Dana live with their daughters, Abigail (2010) and Magdalena (2013), near the Josiah Venture headquarters in the Czech Republic. They attend the Frydlant church, where Dana is involved in worship and Dusan was an elder and treasurer; they both lead a small group and are involved in outreach.

In the current season, they are involved with multiple generosity initiatives like Generosity Path and TrustBridge Global foundation as part of Dave Patty’s Office of the President team for Josiah Venture. Their passion is to catalyse the movement of God among the youth in the whole of Europe.
