Slovenia Camps Ministry
Evangelistic summer camps are one of the most effective ways for local churches in Slovenia to reach young people who have not yet encountered Christ. Camps provide a unique space where churches can share the gospel, build lasting relationships, and connect students to a local youth group and church community.
The Josiah Venture Slovenia Camps Team partners with churches by:
- Helping organize and facilitate evangelistic camps
- Training church leaders in evangelism and discipleship so they can serve both at camp and in their home church
- Equipping young leaders on missionary teams who come to serve at our camps
Your gift directly supports this ministry and helps us reach the next generation of Slovenes with the hope of Jesus.
2026 Giving Priorities:
This year, we are focusing our financial efforts on three key areas:
- Camp Scholarships – $1,000
Provide scholarships for 10 students who would not otherwise be able to attend camp. - Church Promotion & Outreach – $1,000
Support local churches in promoting camps effectively. One of our biggest challenges is connecting with students and their parents, so funds will go toward a strong social media campaign to reach them. - Warehouse Renovation – $1,500
Our warehouse has served us faithfully for over 20 years as storage for vital camp resources—sports equipment, technical gear, late-night decorations, and more. It now needs renovation and new equipment so we can better support the many camps we help run.
