Russ and Deedra Schultz were first introduced to Josiah Venture through family friends in the 1990’s. Their family has been friends and supporters of JV and JV staff for decades and Deedra’s dad, Dean Fuller, served on the Josiah Venture board for many years. They are passionate about relationships and feel strongly about how we are all created by a loving God on purpose and for a purpose. Russ joined the US JV NFP board when his father-in-law retired. Russ has been serving in Christian camping for more than 20 years and they live in Siloam Springs, AR where they are surrounded by their family, good friends and two wonderful grandkids. They love the people and ministry of Josiah Venture, helping and encouraging wherever and whenever they can.
