Missionary Bio
About
Peter gave his life to Christ at a youth camp when he was 10 years old. From the age of 15, he served in youth ministry (10-15 year olds) and later at KECY camps (Josiah Venture English camps in Slovakia). His first contact with TCKompas (TCK)—Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Slovakia—was when he attended the KPM conference, while helping with KECY camps in his local church. He also grew closer to the vision and mission of TCK during his year in the School of Leaders.
When he was 19, Peter suffered a serious stroke. God saved his life, and that is why he wants to tell his story and bring encouragement and hope to people. Peter’s heart beats for Christ. He wants to serve the Lord and to help people around him find the truth. Â
He currently works with young people in Rožňava, Slovakia, and, in 2019, he was given the opportunity to join TCK and be part of the School of Leaders project.
Peter and Barbi got married in 2021. Barbi is a doctor.
