Missionary Bio
About
Patryk grew up in a broken family where there wasn’t much money. In third grade, he started playing basketball, and his team played an essential role in his development. Patryk began to have the courage to dream; he saw the world’s brokenness and wanted to impact at least one person in the future. He liked hard work and always did a lot. When he grew older, he became one of the youngest basketball coaches in Poland. Around the same time, he came to know and accept Jesus thanks to people from the church in Zory, which actively uses Josiah Venture tools such as Fusion (music ministry), English Camps (camp ministry), El Dorado (discipleship project), and many other tools to equip youth leaders.
Patryk understood very quickly that the best thing he could give to the world for transformation was Jesus. His passion for discipleship and equipping young people to become leaders in their everyday lives grew immeasurably. In 2022, he began serving part-time at Josiah Venture through the EDGE Sports Ministry, developing the ministry from scratch. He also served part-time as a Youth Pastor at his church. After three years of ministry in the local church, the next generation of leaders was ready to take over Patryk’s leadership. In 2025, he sensed God calling him to be a full-time Josiah Venture missionary in Poland. Patryk desires to see the younger generation take responsibility for their families and communities. He trains Edge coaches, disciples youth leaders in Poland, and helps develop youth ministry programs across the country.
