Missionary Bio
About
Ondřej and Markéta Paulus live with their two children in Chotěboř, Czech Republic. For many years, Ondřej has served teenagers through camps, youth ministry, and a local Christian gaming club. As he built relationships with young people—many of whom had little or no connection to church—his heart grew for helping churches create welcoming spaces where teenagers can experience genuine community and encounter Jesus.
Through this ministry, Ondřej became connected with Křesťanská akademie mladých, Josiah Venture’s partner organization in the Czech Republic. In the fall of 2026, he began serving as the National Coordinator of the Gaming Ministry. His role includes developing gaming outreach across the country, supporting and training local leaders, helping churches launch new gaming clubs, and exploring new ways to connect churches with students in schools.
Ondřej and his family are actively involved in a Cirkev bratrska church plant in Chotěboř, where he preaches, teaches, and serves young people. They long to see Czech teenagers become disciples of Jesus and grow into leaders who impact others through the local church.
