Marián decided to follow Jesus when he was 13 years old. He met his wife, Michaela, a daughter of missionaries, in the local CB church. They got baptized at the age of 15 and 16 and joined the youth ministry in their church which led to an outreach ministry called “ESCAPE club”. They actively organized regular gatherings, summer and winter camps, concerts, and other events that God has been faithfully using to save teenagers that have later joined the CB church and took over the youth ministry.

Marián has experienced a calling into the spiritual ministry and therefore decided to study theology. After graduation, he started passionately serving as a pastor in CB Žilina and remained in this role for eight years.

More recently he felt the calling of the Lord to serve on the leadership team of TCKompas, a Josiah Venture Mission outreach that serves all of Slovakia.

Marián and Michaela got married in 2014 and have two daughters, Elisa and Emília.
