Geoff worked as an English teacher from 1996-98 in Sokolov, Czech Republic. During that time, he learned the basics of the Czech language and culture. The connection he had with students gave him a desire to see these young people grow into adults that influence their society for the better.

From 2012, he was bringing small American teams to serve for one week at a time alongside local churches, connecting with Czech students through English conversation and summer camps. During these trips, Geoff served alongside his Czech wife, Martina, who later passed away due to illness. In 2019, Geoff joined Josiah Venture in the Czech Republic to continue serving full time. He then married Lucie and is now living and equipping young leaders through the local church in her home town in the Ústí nad Labem region.
