Josh and Katie's world collided on Oak Street beach in Chicago in the fall of 1998. While students at Moody Bible Institute, they fell in love with God's Word and a deep desire to train young leaders in disciple-making. Upon graduating in 2000, Josh accepted his first youth ministry pastorate, and Josh and Katie have been serving in full-time ministry ever since. Most recently, Katie has served as the Operations Manager and Josh as the Associate Director for Sonlife North America.

Over the past several years, we've desired to use our skills and leadership vision for a more significant Kingdom impact. In the waiting process, we've continued to ask, "How might we build up young leaders to be effective kingdom disciple-makers?" This question has burned in our hearts.

We are part of the Josiah Venture USA team to apprentice young leaders to follow Jesus more intentionally and skillfully lead strategic movements of disciple-making. We are excited to train, coach, and mentor ministry leaders across North America.

We enjoy hosting friends and family around great food and fellowship. You can find us frolicking through the woods, biking down the mountain, sipping quality beverages, or eating donuts on the weekend.
