About
Daniel and Denisa first met at a youth group camp with the Lutheran Church in Prešov, Slovakia.
Daniel accepted Christ as his Savior when he was 16. After a year, he started serving in his local church in Prešov as a member of the youth group team, and he later became a leader of both the high school youth group and the English camp outreach ministry called KECY. In 2013, he passed the leadership role of the local youth group to the next generation and later joined the Training Center Kompas (Josiah Venture’s partner organization in Slovakia) where he now serves as the KECY coordinator.
Denisa began leading her first small group in Obišovce, Slovakia, four years after giving her life to Jesus. In this village, at the age of 18, she helped start a youth ministry program with her church. Since 2013, she has served with the Training Center Kompas as the director of the School of Leaders and later as a content creator for online training.
The couple was married in the fall of 2012. Together, they share a heart for making disciples who make disciples. Daniel, Denisa, and their daughters, Luna and Mila, currently live and serve in Drienovská Nová Ves, Slovakia.
