Missionary Bio
Josh is from Fort Wayne, Indiana, and has worked in various roles for Josiah Venture since May 2011. These roles have included Camps Director for Slovakia, Fusion (national and local), the Intern Director for Slovakia, a JV Kids’ ministry counselor, leading small groups, and discipling young men. Alica was born in Presov, Slovakia, and came to Christ at a JV English camp in Slovakia. For seven years, she lived in Atlanta, Georgia, studying Psychology. Josh and Alica met during a JV recruitment tour in 2017 and were married in August 2019. They served together from 2019-2023 as the Camps Director for Slovakia and Short Term Teams Coordinator. In 2021, their first child, Benjamin, was born. Three years later, their second child, Juniper, was born. In 2025, Olivia was born. They now live in Atlanta, Georgia, working as the U.S. church mobilizer for all the JV Countries.
