Daniel Powell
In the autumn of 2015, Daniel first came into contact with Josiah Venture. While finding out a little bit more about the organization, he was invited to go on a short-term trip to Levice, Slovakia to serve for a week on Exit Tour. During this week, he met incredible, open-hearted youth and God placed a deep love in his heart for Slovakia and its people. He left with the knowledge that he’d be back. While spending time working with JVUK in Scotland on the Exit international team, God increased Daniel’s desire to return to Slovakia and cultivated in him a heart for missions. He returned to Slovakia for three months in the summer of 2016 as a summer intern leader serving at multiple English camps. During one of the camps he felt a powerful call from the Lord to move to Slovakia full-time. The skills God has developed in him through his work with Exit International will be used as he works on the Slovakia Exit Tour team. With great joy, Daniel is pursuing God’s will and trusting in His faithfulness and provision. By His grace, Daniel is pressing onward to the calling placed on him to serve the Kingdom in Slovakia.
