Jessica Wurzel
Jessica was stirred by accounts she heard from her brother and sister-in-law after their first internship with Josiah Venture in the Czech Republic. In 2015, she went to see for herself the stories she’d heard about Czech students hungry for spiritual truth and responding to Christ’s invitation to know Him. After a summer of collaborating with Czechs and Americans to organize evangelistic English camps, she found her heart growing in love with doing ministry with these students. Jessica returned for an extended internship, May-October 2016, and was thrilled to share the life of Christ in her with others, discipling those who disciple others. She moved to Czech in the spring of 2018. Jessica shepherds college-aged interns through training and caring for them as they connect Czech churches to their unbelieving communities through camps. She lives in Ostrava.
