About
Russ and Deedra Schultz were first introduced to Josiah Venture through family friends in the 1990’s. Their family has been friends and supporters of Josiah Venture and JV staff for decades, and Deedra’s dad, Dean Fuller, served on the Josiah Venture board for many years. They are passionate about relationships and feel strongly about how we are all created by a loving God on purpose and for a purpose. Russ joined the US JV NFP board in 2021. Russ served in Christian camping for more than two decades and they live in Siloam Springs, AR, where they are surrounded by their family, good friends and two wonderful grandkids. They love the people and ministry of Josiah Venture, helping and encouraging wherever and whenever they can.
