Kelly & Donna Hargan

Kelly and Donna have been serving with Josiah Venture in Latvia since November 2007. While Kelly was serving as a youth pastor in Colorado, they began taking teams to Eastern Europe leading English camps. In 2005, it seemed God was calling them to serve full-time in Latvia, and they began moving that direction in 2007.  Kelly and Donna both had a passion for working with young adults and ministry teams and were deeply inspired by JV’s vision to work through the local church and disciple young leaders who would transform their countries. After initially serving in a support role, Kelly has been serving as country leader since August 2008.  Donna works alongside Kelly, disciples young women, serves in a Fusion music ministry, and keeps the team well fed. They live in Riga where they are also involved in building up their local church.
