Tyler, Caleb, Claire

Dave and Connie Patty moved to the Czech Republic in November 1993 to begin the work of Josiah Venture. Dave leads the Josiah Venture team and invests special attention in the country leaders of JV. He also serves as the chairmen of the board for KAM, JV's Czech ministry partner. Connie provides care for the Josiah Venture women and has a special heart for discipleship with young women.

Dave and Connie live with their three children, Tyler, Caleb, and Claire, near Malenovice where the training center is located. All three children attend Czech school and the family is involved in a church plant in the nearby town of Frydlant nad Ostravici.

Dave and Connie have been ministering to young people and youth leaders for over 25 years, having previously served in Germany with Malachi Ministries. God captured their hearts for the youth of Eastern Europe on a mission's trip shortly after the revolution in the summer of 1990.
