Raised in a non-Christian family, Tomáš played hockey for 17 years. Shortly after coming to faith in 2003, Jesus changed his paths. He gave Tomáš a great desire to serve through soccer camps as a means of reaching young people with the Gospel across the Czech Republic.

After visiting several JV seminars about sports ministry, Tomáš went through the JV Internship program for leaders in 2007/2008. With a passion to share Christ and make disciples through his life and the game of soccer, he serves as the main leader of summer soccer camps. He also coaches soccer throughout the year, co-leads a soccer club and helps to organize soccer tournaments.Tomáš became a JV missionary in September 2009.
